The largest mistake I see their budget, the business's transformation, is that they think this can be a line 'run and do' things. Marketers as well as their bosses think they can produce a website landing page or begin a PPC campaign, after which forget about it for a month. And this cycle works in publications or television, it won't work online. Lines are highly, highly repetitive, and requires constant attention. Which means you save a lot of advertising money into the labor force.

Characteristics of multilevel marketing is surely a good start in the Internet market, but when you do not know how to drive traffic towards your site, these things will be wasted.

(AP) ? Florida Gov. Rick Scott, who made a fortune as a health care executive, long opposed President Barack Obama's remake of the health insurance market. After the Democratic president won re-election, the Republican governor softened his tone. He said he wanted to "have a conversation" with the administration about implementing the 2010 law. With a federal deadline approaching, he also said while Florida won't set up the exchange for individuals to buy private insurance policies, the feds can do it.

In New Jersey, Gov. Chris Christie held his cards before saying he won't set up his own exchange, but he's avoided absolute language and says he could change his mind. He's also leaving his options open to accept federal money to expand Medicaid insurance for people who aren't covered. The caveat, Christie says, is whether Health Secretary Kathleen Sebelius can "answer my questions" about its operations and expense.

Both Republican governors face re-election in states that Obama won twice, Christie in 2013 and Scott in 2014. And both will encounter well-financed Democrats.

Their apparent struggles on the issue, along with other postures by their GOP colleagues elsewhere, suggest political uncertainty for Republicans as the Affordable Care Act starts to go into effect two years after clearing Congress without a single Republican vote. The risks also are acute for governors in Democratic-leaning or swing-voting states or who know their records will be parsed should they seek the presidency in 2016 or beyond.

"It's a tough call for many Republican governors who want to do the best thing for their state but don't want to be seen as advancing an overhaul that many Republicans continue to detest," said Whit Ayers, a consultant in Virginia whose clients include Gov. Bill Haslam of Tennessee, a Republican who didn't announce his rejection of a state exchange until days before Sebelius's Dec. 14 deadline.

Indeed, cracks keep growing in the near-unanimous Republican rejection of Obama's health care law that characterized the GOP's political messaging for the last two years. Five GOP-led states ? Idaho, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah ? are pressing ahead with state insurance exchanges. Ongoing monitoring by The Associated Press shows that another five Republican-led states are pursuing or seriously a partnership with Washington to help run the new markets.

Democrats, meanwhile, hope to use the law and Republican inflexibility to their advantage, betting that more Americans will embrace the law once it expands coverage. The calculus for voters, Democrats assume, will become more about the policy and less about a polarizing president.

"It shouldn't be complicated at all," said John Anzalone, an Obama pollster who assists Democrats in federal races across the country. Anzalone said Republicans could use their own states-rights argument to justify running exchanges. Instead, he said, "They are blinded by Obama-hatred rather than seeing what's good for their citizens."

Governors can set up their own exchanges, partner with Sebelius' agency or let the federal government do it. The exchanges are set to open Jan. 1, 2014, allowing individuals and businesses to shop online for individual policies from private insurers. Low- and middle-income individuals will get federal premium subsidies calculated on a sliding income scale. Eighteen states plus Washington, DC, most led by Democrats, have committed to opening their own exchanges.

The law also calls for raising the income threshold for Medicaid eligibility to cover people making up to 138 percent of the federal poverty line, or about $15,400 a year for an individual. That could add more than 10 million people, most of them childless adults, to the joint state-federal insurance program for low-income and disabled Americans. Together, the exchanges and the Medicaid expansion are expected to reduce the number of uninsured by about 30 million people within the next decade.

A Supreme Court ruling last summer made the Medicaid expansion voluntary, rather than mandatory for states. At least eight governors, all of them Republicans, have already said they have no plans to expand Medicaid.

The complexity is obvious.

National exit polls from last month's election showed that 49 percent of voters wanted some or all of Obama's signature legislative achievement rolled back. Among self-identified independents, that number was 58 percent. Among Republicans, it spiked to 81 percent. When asked about the role of government, half of respondents said the notion that government is doing too much fits their views more closely than the idea that government should do more.

Before the election, a national AP-GfK poll suggested that 63 percent of respondents preferred their states to run insurance exchanges, almost double the 32 percent who wanted the federal government to take that role. And the same electorate that tilts toward repealing some or all of the new law clearly re-elected its champion.

That's not the most important consideration for governors who face re-election in Republican states. Georgia's Nathan Deal and Alabama's Robert Bentley, who also face 2014 campaigns, initially set up advisory commissions to consider how to carry out the health care law, but they've since jumped ship. But, unlike others, Deal and Bentley aren't eyeing national office.

Three Republicans who are viewed as potential national candidates ? Rick Perry of Texas, Nikki Haley of South Carolina and Bobby Jindal of Louisiana ? were full-throated opponents. Jindal, the only one of the three who is term-limited, is the incoming chairman of the Republican Governors Association. In that role, he has co-signed more conciliatory letters to Sebelius asking questions to flesh out how the designs might work.

Republican governors also are feeling quiet pressure from hospitals and other providers.

Deal, the Georgia governor, offers the typical argument for saying no: "We can't afford it." But the law envisions the new Medicaid coverage more or less as a replacement of an existing financing situation that pays hospitals to treat the uninsured. The law contemplates cuts in that program, which already requires state seed money. The idea was that expanding Medicaid coverage would reduce "uncompensated care" costs.

"Some of those cuts were made with the expectation that Medicaid would be expanded and that hospitals would be paid for portions of business that we are not being paid for now," said Don Dalton of the North Carolina Hospital Association.

Dalton's Governor-elect, Republican Pat McCrory, said as a candidate that he opposed Medicaid expansion. Dalton said his industry is leaning on McCrory and legislative leaders, though he commended "their deliberate approach." Similar efforts are underway in South Carolina, Georgia, Missouri and elsewhere.

For Democrats, Anzalone said the framing will be simpler: "You don't want to take a 9-to-1 match? That's a pretty easy investment. These governors who aren't expanding Medicaid, they're basically giving taxpayer money to the states that do."

Date Night: Molly's in Soulard Saint Louis

If you?re looking for a cozy yet hip locale to grab some food and drink with your main squeeze, Molly?s in Soulard, St. Louis is pretty great. It?s both a bar and?restaurant (aka the ?bistro?)?within 2 separate buildings and also includes an outdoor patio area. My husband and I took the opportunity, while visiting St. Louis, to leave the kids with Nana and enjoy a night out. Molly?s in Soulard features a creole style menu inspired by?Louisiana, but not quite as overly spicy?as true Cajun food (that makes me happy!).

I loved the decor. The walls are a rich, dark red paint and the furniture is an antique black with a tin ceiling in the bistro ? gorgeous! There are accents of handmade class and days gone by throughout the place. Red velvet booth benches, period style posters and images, old brick with hints of signage from previous venues still painted right on the brick along with various chalkboards and pretty handwriting add a touch of style. Even the lighting is gorgeous.

Molly?s also regularly hosts a variety of live entertainment ? you can check out the schedule on their event calendar.

I enjoyed the entire meal.?I enjoyed the appetizer the most. It was full of yummy unexpected flavors and seemed to be cooked just perfectly. There was a creole type sauce combined with a smoked BBQ flavor along with perfectly cooked shrimp and really big fried green tomatoes. It was so good!?I started my meal with a ceasar salad while my husband had the soup. The french onion soup was rich and thick and delightful. It?s one of his favs and he thoroughly enjoyed it with the real french bread cut nice and thick and the cheese perfectly melted on top.

For our main courses, I had the eggplant parmesan and hubs had the jambalaya. While the eggplant?parmesan?was beautiful to look at and I loved the addition of cherry tomatoes in this classic dish, there?was a bit too much of it? so much cheese and sauce the eggplant was lost.?My husband really liked the jambalya. It was full of flavor, the rice was cooked perfectly and there was a nice array and quantity of meat with onions and a variety of peppers.?I don?t do spicy much, so just tasted a bite of crawfish ? yum! The servings aren?t too big, but big enough that we were stuffed before we even got to dessert. However, dessert is my fav, so we had to stay and try a bit. Although I loved the sauce, the beignets were on the tough chewy side? not the ?New Orleans? doughnut I had expected although I don?t think I?ve had a beignet before, so I had nothing to compare to. It was all tasty enough that not only would I go back, I?d try these same dishes again.

The Soulard neighborhood is pretty neat. It?s an older part of town, the streets are lined with old French style row houses that have been converted into townhomes and apartments. Over the past 10 years the area has slowly grown into a hip little community for the young professionals. You?ll find a variety of small restaurants and hangouts near Molly?s including the 1860 Game Room, right across the street.

We asked our server if there was a ?Molly? representing the namesake of the restaurant, and he said? nope. The place was named after the original owner?s dog. Way to go Molly!

Junior Dos Santos vs. Cain Velasquez: Final Preview and Prediction

Tonight from Las Vegas, the UFC heavyweight title is on the line between Junior "Cigano" dos Santos, and the former champion, Cain Velasquez.

Dos Santos and Velasquez have met before, at the first UFC on Fox card last November. In that fight, dos Santos knocked out Velasquez in 64 seconds and became the new champion.

From there, both fighters would compete again at UFC 146, although against different opponents. Dos Santos would defend his heavyweight title against the former champion, Frank Mir, and Velasquez would face off against Antonio Silva in his first UFC fight. Dos Santos beat Mir by second-round TKO and Velasquez beat Silva by first-round TKO.

Tonight, dos Santos and Velasquez will meet for a second time, this time with dos Santos as champion. The first fight between these two lasted only 64 seconds, but there is still plenty that can be taken from that.

Velasquez was throwing a lot of leg kicks, and his game plan clearly involved taking away the lead leg of dos Santos. Additionally, expect Velasquez to shoot early and shoot often. He has seen the power of dos Santos, and he doesn't want to see it again.

Dos Santos is going to do what he always does: stand up with his opponents, avoid takedowns and pick his opponents apart with his boxing. Dos Santos has incredible speed and power, and he will use that to his advantage, as he always does.

    Who Wins?

  • Junior dos Santos (c)

  • Cain Velasquez

Many are saying that the first fight between these two was a fluke, or that Velasquez's knee injury affected the fight heavily. That may or may not be true, but don't expect anything to change this time around. Dos Santos will still come out with a knockout victory, it just won't be as fast as last time.

By the fourth round, dos Santos will land an uppercut and put Cain out cold to defend his title and tie the record for most consecutive UFC heavyweight title defenses.

Pakistan's 'dynastic politics': Bhutto's son launches career

Reuters

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, son of assassinated former Pakistani prime minister Benazir Bhutto, makes a speech to launch his political career during the fifth anniversary of his mother's death on Thursday.

By Munir Ahmed and Sebastian Abbot, The Associated Press

?

The 24-year-old son of former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto launched his political career Thursday with a fiery speech before thousands of cheering supporters observing the fifth anniversary of his mother's assassination.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari's speech comes several months before national elections are expected to be held. He is too young to participate in the elections himself ? the minimum age is 25 ? but is likely to be a key asset for the ruling Pakistan People's Party. The party's popularity has plummeted since it took power nearly five years ago as the country has struggled with a weak economy and bloody Taliban insurgency.

Before dawn on the same day, dozens of militants armed with rocket-propelled grenades and automatic weapons attacked two tribal police posts in Pakistan's northwest, killing two policemen, officials said. Twenty-one other policemen are missing and presumed kidnapped.

?

Zardari was made chairman of the Pakistan People's Party after his mother's death but has mainly played a background role until now while he completed his studies at Oxford University in Britain.

"I want to tell you that thanks to God he has completed his studies, but now is the time of his training," his father, President Asif Ali Zardari, told the crowd of supporters Thursday in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh village in southern Sindh province, site of the Bhutto family mausoleum. "He has to study Pakistan, he has to learn from you and he has to work according to your thinking."

Pakistani supporters gather outside the Bhutto family mausoleum in Garhi Dera Bakhsh on Thursday. More than 200,000 people gathered for the occasion, the fifth anniversary of the assassination of former Pakistan premier Benazir Bhutto.

The Bhutto family has played a prominent role in Pakistani politics for much of the country's 65-year history. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari's grandfather, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, founded the Pakistan People's Party and served as both the country's president and prime minister in the 1970s. He was eventually hanged in 1979 after Gen. Zia ul-Haq seized power in a military coup.

Benazir Bhutto twice served as prime minister in the 1980s and 1990s but never completed a full term. Her governments were dismissed both times under the cloud of corruption allegations by presidents who were close to the country's powerful army. She was killed in a gun and suicide bomb attack on Dec. 27, 2007, shortly after returning from self-imposed exile to participate in national elections.

After her death, the Pakistan People's Party rode a wave of public sympathy to garner the most seats in the 2008 elections, and Asif Ali Zardari was elected president. But the popularity of both the party and the president has fallen significantly since then as the government has failed to address pressing problems, such as Pakistan's shortage of electricity and stuttering economy. The government has also struggled in its fight against the Pakistani Taliban, who have killed thousands of people in attacks throughout the country.

From the archives: A suicide bombing at a political rally kills Pakistani opposition leader Benazir Bhutto. NBC's Matt Lauer reports.

Rasul Bakhsh Rais, a political science professor at Lahore University of Management Sciences, said it was not a surprise that the Pakistan People's Party unveiled Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in an attempt to boost its fortunes in the upcoming elections, which are expected by June at the latest.

"This is Pakistan and dynastic politics is the norm," said Rais. "Bilawal is perhaps the only card left in the chest of the Pakistan People's Party."

Archival video, Dec. 27, 2007: Benazir Bhutto was born to lead the fight for democracy in a hard-line Muslim nation. NBC's Chris Clackum looks back at her life.

Both Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and his father sought to whip up the emotions of the crowd Thursday by shouting "Long live Bhutto" and "Bhutto is alive." Many of the supporters waved the red, black and green flag of the Pakistan People's Party and held pictures of Benazir Bhutto and her father.

"If you kill one Bhutto, one thousand more Bhuttos will emerge," said Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.

He took a swipe at the judiciary, which has clashed with the current government, by asking why people arrested for suspected involvement in his mother's murder have yet to be convicted.

But some critics have questioned why Zardari has not done more to push forward the investigation during more than four years as president.

The president at the time of her death, Gen. Pervez Musharraf, blamed the Pakistani Taliban for the attack, and five suspected militants are facing trial for alleged involvement in the killing. The Pakistani Taliban have denied targeting Bhutto.

A Pakistani court issued an arrest warrant for Musharraf last year over allegations he played a role in the attack, which he has denied. Arrest warrants were also issued for two senior police officials accused of negligence in the assassination. Prosecutors accused one of the officials of failing to provide proper security for Bhutto and the other of cleaning the crime scene before evidence could be collected.

A U.N. investigation into the assassination said it could have been prevented and blamed all levels of government for failing to provide adequate security. It also accused intelligence agencies and other officials of severely hampering the investigation into those behind her murder.

The attack on the tribal police posts before dawn Thursday took place in the town of Darra Adam Khel in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, government officials said. The town is located near Pakistan's tribal region, the main sanctuary for Taliban militants in the country.

Security forces have launched an operation to try to recover the 21 missing policemen, said the officials, speaking on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to talk to the media.

No group has claimed responsibility for the attack, but suspicion will likely fall on the Pakistani Taliban.

Oil prices rise ahead of US fiscal-cliff talks

(AP) ? The price of crude rose Friday, following stock markets in Asia higher hours ahead of a last-ditch effort in Washington for political leaders to strike a budget deal before the year-end deadline.

Benchmark crude for February delivery rose 13 cents at late afternoon Bangkok time to $91 per barrel in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange.

The contract fell Thursday following a reported drop in U.S. consumer confidence and growing pessimism that President Barack Obama and Republican lawmakers will reach a compromise on ways to avoid the so-called fiscal cliff ? hundreds of billions of dollars in government spending cuts and tax increases that take effect automatically in 2013 unless lawmakers act.

Hopes that a compromise might be reached were raised after Obama, who cut his Hawaii vacation short, invited congressional leaders to the White House for talks Friday.

In other energy futures trading:

? Wholesale gasoline fell 0.5 cents to $2.8166 a gallon.

? Brent crude, used to price various kinds of foreign oil, fell 12 cents to $110.68 per barrel in London.

? Heating oil fell 0.7 cent to $3.0417 a gallon.

? Natural gas lost 3.6 cents to $3.376 per 1,000 cubic feet.

LG?s latest projector system is powered by freaking lasers

23 hrs.

Until now, all consumer front projector systems?produced light using lamps or in rare cases LEDs. The new?LG HECTO FP system, on the other hand, uses lasers for illumination instead. Yes, lasers.

As LG announced on Wednesday, the new projector system uses lasers and a Texas Instruments DLP chip to form images. Typical home front projectors require around a 9 to 12 foot distance from the lens to a 100-inch screen. The LG HECTO requires only a 22-inch throw to fill the screen and can be placed on the floor or the mounted to the ceiling.

The LG HECTO Laser Projection TV will be sold as a complete system with a 100-Inch diagonal screen, a built-in ATSC TV tuner, HDMI switching and a Wi-Fi connection for streaming video.

Specifications include a rated 1,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 1080p resolution, 3 HDMI inputs, an optical audio input, RS-232 interface. Audio is produced by two 10W built-in speakers. The projector measures 5.7-inches high. The HECTO Laser projector does not have 3-D capability. LG has not? provided a brightness rating, a key specification. (Lasers offer the promise of very high intensity using low power.)

The screen is a fixed design and unlike theater screens its surface is black not white. LG claims the system will render a vivid, high contrast crisp image, even in lighter viewing environments.

The Laser TV supports LG's Smart TV platform and will stream movies via Netflix?and?YouTube as well as other services and?apps via its built-in Wi-Fi wireless Internet connection. The HECTO also includes LG's latest Magic Remote control.

LG claims its laser based illumination system has a lifespan of up to 25,000 hours, which is 5 times or more the life of traditional mercury-based lamps.

The LG HECTO Laser projector will be demonstrated at the 2013 International Consumer Electronics Show early next month. We expect pricing and availability to be announced at the show.

Whale Bones On Florida's New Smyrna Beach Revealed By Superstorm Sandy (VIDEO)

The skeleton of a rare whale unearthed by superstorm Sandy erosion has been discovered on a Florida beach.

WESH reports that an Orlando-area couple was combing New Smyrna Beach for sand dollars when they saw a piece of bone jutting out from an eroded dune. They started digging and uncovered an 8 to 9 foot beaked whale skeleton that is thought to have been buried in the sand for decades.

The bones have been reported to authorities and will be housed at a local marine science center.

Although Sandy passed well offshore of the Florida coast, wind and waves from the storm eroded miles of beaches along the Eastern Seaboard, causing millions of dollars in damage.

According to the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute, beaked whales forage for food in deep-sea dives that are "deeper and longer than those reported for any other air-breathing species." Their deep-sea habitat makes the species difficult to study, so less is known about them than other whales.

In November, CNN reported that a pair of dead whales that washed ashore in New Zealand in 2010 were confirmed to be spade-toothed beaked whales, one of the rarest species in the world. Data on the species was so rare that it took scientists two years to positively identify the whales.

This isn't the first time rare old whale bones have been found on a U.S. beach this year. In November, the fossilized vertebrae of an extinct whale species were found by surfers on a Santa Cruz, Calif., beach.

Google Apps for Business users receive Quickoffice for iPad as a freebie

Google Apps for Business users now receive Quickoffice for iPad as a freebie

If Google recently caught you off-guard with its announcement that Google Apps would move to a $50 per user model, perhaps some free software will help restore balance to your world. Today, the company announced a free version of Quickoffice for the iPad, which is an exclusive perk for users of Google Apps for Business. The software suite allows users to view, edit and create Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents, and as proof that integration isn't lost on Google, all files are stored to Google Drive. For the moment, only iPad users will be treated to this free version of Quickoffice, but Google insists that iPhone and Android versions are on the way. If you'll recall, this is the same bit of software that Google purchased earlier this year. Nice to see it's being put to good use.

Self Improvement Advice You Shouldn't Pass Up On | Samuel Levitz ...

A great way to better your lifestyle, is to improve your self through personal development. Here you will find a variety of helpful hints to help you build a personal development plan that can improve your behavior, thinking patterns and way of life.

A crucial part of any self improvement program is to take special care in providing for your own physical needs. Simple things such as getting plenty of quality sleep, eating a nutritious diet and exercising regularly will keep your energy levels up and give you a better chance of reaching the personal development goals you have set for yourself. This may sound simple on paper, but it is actually quite hard.

If you are feeling ill-tempered, be sure to step back and count to ten prior to taking any action. Visualize a peaceful, safe situation while you breathe deeply. Calm yourself in order to avoid saying things you will later regret.

TIP! Always remember as you work on developing yourself that you deserve to be better, and that it will benefit you more than anyone else. Know that you owe it to yourself to do your best.

With any good personal development goal, you should be able to see the distance between your current state and the one you want to achieve. This is the first step to actually starting the journey of where you want to be. Unless you are honest about your starting point, your goals will not be a true reflection of where you need to go for maximum personal growth.

It?s important to remember that faith and love go hand in hand. They stem from one another; you must have love to have faith. Therefore, it is important that you never become complacent in your faithfulness. When you see someone who could benefit from your love, take action and show your faith through good deeds.

There is a great coach behind every champion. Treat this person as a mentor and learn as much as you can from him. Each person is responsible to show another person the way. This is an important strategy for ensuring that everyone is able to achieve their goals. All champions have a fabulous coach.

TIP! See what habits successful people have in common, and adopt them. Begin by changing a few easy things, and work on them until it is second nature.

Increasing the positivity in your daily life is truly a matter of personal choice, and what you want for others will often appear in your own life, whether good or bad. This means that you are wise to only wish good things upon others. You are less likely to experience extreme negative energy if you maintain your focus on sending positive energy to everyone you encounter.

You have to not only decide what you want out of life, you also have to take steps to get it. Just sitting around doing nothing to make the life you want actually happen will get you nowhere. It is time to take action toward realizing your dreams.

The majority of employers that you encounter won?t care about the school you graduated from. They care about how successful you are at doing your job. Of course, there are some exceptions, such as the large financial institutions. In the general working world, simply having a degree will open many doors for you.

TIP! Don?t look at your outside beauty; seek out inner beauty. It makes no difference if you have fancy clothing or resemble a movie star.

If you have had several consecutive failings, take a moment to analyze what you?re doing wrong. Do some research online for examples of goals and ideas that are similar to yours, then compare your own goals to your findings. It is possible that you may be setting unrealistic expectations, missing an important element, or not devoting enough time or resources to your efforts.

You should always have an idea as to what you personal values are before you develop a plan for personal growth. Working against these values will lead to frustration and failure. It is more important to develop the areas of your life that correspond with your values. This allows you to implement personal and professional changes that will last forever.

It is said that you have two ears and one mouth, because you should listen more than you speak. If you are pursuing personal development goals, this is especially true for you! Don?t just listen to other people. Listen to yourself. When you do not hear yourself, you will lack the ability to know what you really need, and this makes it difficult to improve yourself.

TIP! Many times, stress is the thing that robs people of happiness. When we have to deal with stress, it takes its toll on the body in a physical and mental sense.

Your self improvement goals will often include improving and incorporating new healthy habits into your life. When you feel good physically, you feel better mentally and emotionally too. Good health slows the aging process, making you look and feel great. In other words, better health is one of the most gratifying goals you can achieve.

Before you begin working on your self improvement, you first need to understand your place in the universe. When you realize your place in the universe, you realize that you have a lot to learn. Once you adopt this mindset, you will be more open-minded and receptive to new knowledge, which will lead to self-improvement.

Set reasonable, achievable goals for yourself. By discovering your weaknesses and working on them, it is possible to evolve into a better person.

TIP! Moving toward your goal and meeting your personal needs demands that you do one specific thing to be successful. Make the choice to actively participate in whatever life you choose to live, and do not sit on the sidelines.

Keep in mind that everyday should be better than the previous one. It is important to make sure you keep pushing yourself every day to keep improving. If you did something pretty well yesterday, tell yourself that wasn?t enough. You need to do it really well today.

Leaders are strict and powerful, yet also humble. When delivering criticisms, remember that you should be firm, yet friendly. You will not go far if you forget your own willingness to serve. A good leader is virtuous and full of integrity, something you need in order to be successful.

Fostering a strict sense of self discipline is a great way to improve yourself. Gain mental control over your physical cravings. Eliminate your flesh?s desires, such as greed, drunkenness, lust, and overeating. However, if you control yourself, these negative desires won?t affect your mental and physical health the way they have done in the past.

TIP! You should approach life with modesty and wisdom. Learn from daily situations and see what you can change about your circumstances.

You should have some ideas on how you can fix the parts of your life that are dragging you down, whether its your own attitude or habits. This advice can help you to attain the best possible version of yourself.
